Biography

Mr. Vanderslice’s practice focuses on civil litigation in state and federal court, with an emphasis on real estate, family and personal injury law. His areas of practice also include business litigation, estates and environmental law. He has tried cases to verdict, appealed cases in state and federal court, and has brought many cases to conclusion through alternative forms of dispute resolution. As a trial lawyer, Mr. Vanderslice's philosophy is that preparation combined with an intimate knowledge of the issues is the key to success. Mr. Vanderslice also believes that an analysis of the costs and risks of pursuing the matter should be weighed, so as to give that client options for resolution. Once a course of action is decided upon, Mr. Vanderslice is tireless in his pursuit of the optimal resolution for his clients. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Vanderslice advises small to medium size businesses on environmental reporting and impact statements, risk assessment, insurance and reporting requirements.
He is active in advising political campaigns on policy and strategy. Mr. Vanderslice graduated from Vermont Law School with his Juris Doctor and a Master of Studies in Environmental Law. He is a Graduate of the University of Kansas, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Vanderslice practiced
in the Philadelphia Metro Area and in San Francisco, California. Mr. Vanderslice is a member of the State Bars of Pennsylvania and California. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Vanderslice is a member of the Real Property Section Executive Board and Young Lawyer Division Executive Board.
